Shipping policy

  • Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 3 PM EST are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: These vary depending on the device.
  • Delivery Times: Hardware devices will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All other items will be shipped in 2-4 days following your order.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We are currently only shipping in the US. 
  • Duties & Taxes: We are currently not shipping internationally unless special arrangements are made. 
  • Tracking: Tracking will be sent once the item has shipped.
